When consultants are being interviewed for assignments, the
quality of interviewee skills often determines the assignment.
Often good consultants are bad interviewees. This course helps
managers prepare consultants for interviews.
Overview
Good consultant may get less interview experience than
poor consultants. Assignments are decided on the quality of the
interview. This course helps managers/team leaders to develop the
skills needed to improve the interview success of consultants
reporting to them.
