Overview
Consultants are required to help people move forward and yet often their advice is misunderstood or ignored. Even worse, the ‘advice’ may backfire and create a future problem.

Being able to conduct an effective consultation meeting is more than ‘dumping knowledge’ or ‘telling the other person what to do.’ It requires skills which few training consultants possess.
