Motivated staff are more productive. This requires effective
leadership and key motivation and leadership skills.
Overview
De-motivated staff have lower productivity. This
significantly affects the success of the manager/ team leader.
De-motivated staff are more inclined to leave which incurs the
costs of recruitment and training. In the fast changing modern
situation, the risks of de-motivation are high. Motivation may
change quickly. Conversely highly motivated staff are usually the
most productive and successful.
This Motivation and Leadership training course
gives participants practical tools to improve motivation and avoid
the pitfalls.
Managers and team leaders are involved in a wide range of tasks.
It is not only what they do but the way they do it that affects
success. This is the leadership style employed. The style needs to
vary to meet different aims and situations. If the style is not
appropriate the effect is often counter-productive. This
stimulating course allows participants to consider and improve
their leadership style.
Who Should Attend
Anyone involved in managing people. Even experienced
managers will find this valuable as a refresher and for additional
skills.
